Overcome depression
Challenge yourself with something you know you could never do, and what you'll find is that you can overcome anything. - Unknown
Daily life can be so stressful, with all the deadlines you have to meet and people expecting you to do something. But you know what? It's not your fault the way things are at work and in your personal life. You can start changing your life by taking control over your thoughts and actions.
You feel overwhelmed by the world and its problems. You're being pulled in different directions, which seem to be making you feel stressed and more depressed. Your work and family life is draining your motivation because they don't inspire you as much anymore. You're lonely and don't know where to turn to. There's a part of you that wants change but you're afraid of falling into depression again. You realize that when facing failure, it's better not to use the excuse that it was just too hard or dismal for now, but rather learn from this experience and move forward with something new that can make you feel motivated again.
Depression is a common mental illness that can affect anyone, at any age. Some people experience depression for years and struggle to find effective treatment. Others go through a period of depression and seek help but don't understand the severity or causes of it. Each individual responds differently to depression and some find ways to cope with it better than others - but mostly it is something you just have to deal with as best as possible while still living your life.
